This week Kindifarm came to visit. Farmer Katrina showed us all the animals and we got to feed them. There were goats, lambs, ducks, chicks, a pig, a rabbit and a calf – that’s a baby cow!

Here we are having lots of fun learning about the animals.

We had a great time!

We were sooo excited about seeing the animals. Farmer Jasmine told us all about how helpful animals are to us. They give us food and wool for clothes. We fed the animals and they licked our hands and then we had lots of cuddles with them too. Farmer Jasmine even used the shears to cut the sheep’s wool but Mrs W was more interested in watching and she forgot to take the photo!

On Friday farmer Jas and farmer Amy brought their animals along to school. We fed them some food and milk and patted them too. It was very exciting especially when a goat and sheep escaped into the playground just before the start of the school day!
