Kindergarten were very lucky to have Mrs Long (one of our music teachers) come to our assembly while Ms B was away. Mrs Long is a very clever pianist. We sang lots of songs and we thought you might like to hear one of our favourites. It’s called Bugs and Beetles.

KW have been learning about 3D shapes. We know that 3D shapes have faces, corners and edges. We can see 2D shapes when we look at spheres, rectangular prisms, pyramids and cubes. Lots of things are made of these shapes but the names are very hard to say.

KW have been learning about where our food comes from. Milk comes from cows. We watched a video on the Smartboard to see how cows on the farm are milked. Then we made delicious milkshakes. Thankyou cows! Thankyou farmers!

Who’s who?

KW have been creating  avatars so we can safely publish our work on the internet. We can log in to the school network and open our web browser and find Build Your Wild Self in favourites on the toolbar. We use the program menus to build funny pictures of ourselves. We can be whatever we want!
