Our Spring Fair has been another outstanding success. While it’s a fund raising activity to support the school, the event is really a celebration of the wonderful Eastwood Public School community. We had over 350 parents, students and staff volunteering their time and expertise to make the day so successful. The school is very grateful for the effort from all the volunteers. We would particularly like to thank the Spring Fair Committee for the work they have undertaken over many months to coordinate the rides, stalls and food. A special thank you needs to go Atul and Shilpa Bhouraskar for their leadership and guidance. Its now only 362 days to the next Spring Fair. See you there!
A message from Mr Luke Witney
It is after due consideration that I relinquish the position of Principal at Eastwood Pubic School. By relinquishing at this time the Department of Education has time to complete the process of selecting, based on merit, a new Principal who will be able to commence duties at the school from the beginning of the 2018 school year.
I would like to thank staff, the community and the students who made my time at the school from 2007 to 2015 such a rewarding experience. Eastwood is special in so many ways and will no doubt continue to thrive during a period of change and opportunity.
My best wishes to all.

Huge congratulations to those who performed and I can’t wait to hear you all again at the Granny Smith Festival as complete units.
If your child can’t attend rehearsals or performances, you need to notify both myself and the conductor ASAP.
